What superhero or supervillain has the worst costume?

Hopefully you don't mind a movie supervillain...but when I saw Despicable Me, I thought Vector's outfit, played by Jason Segel, was a completely ridiculous looking costume! Orange track suit from the 70's? Talk about ick! I've included two photos for people too!

The first answer that comes to mind is Magneto. That helmet that he wore was lame looking. On the other hand The Green Goblin was cool especially with his flyer.

It would have to be 70s Charlton hero E-Man. You may not recall the vivid cosume with the 'E=MC2' logo, but sadly I do.

For villains, I'd have to go with Blue Streak.  He had on roller skates for cryin' out loud!  For heroes, I have to go with Robin and that sweet red, yellow, and green getup he sports.

Most Golden Age DC characters with Dick Grayson Robin at the top of the list. I always thought that shit was fruity.
