Greatest Supernatural Characters in the Marvel Universe: Top 25

  • Oct 25, 2010
Well, it's October and that means Halloween and all things spooky and supernatural...
Marvel Comics has been the publisher of some of the most iconic and popular comic titles of all time and they are known for having charismatic and colorful (often literally) characters. Fun List. I'm not that familiar with most of them but I do love Doc Strange. He was the first comic I started to read on a regular basis back in the 60s.

He, Ghost Rider and Blade are my favorites. Those early Lee/Ditko stories of Strange are amazing.

Fun list for Halloween, Sean. :)

Danke!
October 27, 2010
welcome. :)
October 30, 2010
So do you read any of these?
October 31, 2010
I used to read some of the Strange Tales and Amazing Spider Man ones. :)
October 31, 2010
"Strange Tales" was great.
October 31, 2010
Yeah, I agree!
November 01, 2010
I liked the titles that didn't have a regular protagonist. I also really dug "Marvel Spotlight" and "What If?"
November 01, 2010
Yeah, they were always different, which I liked. I read/own some of the "What If" ones too. :)

You did very well, my friend. Oh, just as an update, Iron Fist is now considered a supernatural being since he was birthed of the fire of the dragon's heart that he is one of the few who can hold the eye of agamotto without any harm befalling him. Agamotto also couldn't touch him--this detail was revealed very recently.

Yeah, there were a bunch I couldn't fit in and a number that sort of straddled the lines between science fiction and supernatural. Of course, being the die-hard Spider-Woman fan I am, I also wanted to include Jessica Drew and Nekra too. I almost included The Ancient One, but so many Dr. Strange characters were already on here.
October 25, 2010
I missed Meat-Market but happy to see Lilith here.
October 25, 2010
Yeah, I also wanted to include Caretaker, Outcast, Blackout, Nightmare, and Centurious. Like Dr. Strange, ol' flame head has too many cool villains,.
October 30, 2010
I'm working on a draft for DC and Vertigo too.
