I'd say the old Tomb of Dracula series with Gene Colan art. What I like?  Colan's great art and Roy Thomas' cool writing!

I have started Dark Horse's adaptation of Solomon Kane which does have horror elements though not a true horror comic. Thanks for this question. I'll have to look for more now!
