For any Fashionista who is on a budget, Forever 21 is the prime spot to shop. Everytime I go in there, I'll have heaps of garments in my hands in at least 10 minutes. I love their plain tees, and I always manage to find really cute dresses (my number one weakness) at a good price.
Target is full of anything I could ever need. Me and my sister always head there when we're bored, and I always walk out with a random assortment of items, from pink tortoise-printed agendas to a bright messenger bag. And since one of my best friends works there, I always get a nice discount.
I love Old Navy's shoes. It's probably not the first thing anyone thinks of when shopping at Old Navy, but they have the best basics with a trendy twist. Last spring, I bought a tinier version of moccassins that came in an array of colors and a metallic gold pair of Egyptian-esque sandals. A few weeks ago, I bought a pair of sleek tennis shoes in a bright aqua hue and paired it with a plain canary-yellow tee for a great contrasted color combination. Plus, their shoes never retail for more than $25.
From my list, you can tell that I am a student who depends on loans and tax returns for income. Needless to say, I look for the most fashion-forward buys at the best prices. Express may be a little bit more out of my price range, but I feel like the stuff that I buy from there is usally something I literally am in love with. Example being: their collection of super bright (can you tell I love color?) bandage skirts that go for about $60. Plus, their selection of professional wear has stocked my wardbrobe for interviews and internships for a good time.
I did a full-length review of Pitaya a few weeks ago, and it takes the #5 spot on my list (right above Urban Outfitters). This is because I felt that I should include a place that I shop at on campus (the University of Illinois). Certain pricier pieces always manage to catch my eye, and when I want to settle for something cheaper there's always a plethora of options.

Oh, three of my favorite places to shop are on this list! I don't go to #3 much, but by the sound of your review of #5, I wish I had one of those around me. Nice list, Renee! :)
