I will really miss Andy. He was my whole reason for watching 60 Minutes. No matter how boring some of the segments were and no matter how Mike and Morely tried to put people on the spot, at the end of the show there was always a few minutes with Andy! Although I sometimes did not agree with him I always enjoyed listening to Andy Rooney's take on the passing scene. Andy was a war correspondent during World War II and joined CBS News in 1949 where he served in various capacities for more than 60 years. Most of us became acquainted with him when he offered his commentaries on "60 Minutes". He was the last of the great curmudgeons of "the greatest generation" and he will be sorely missed. RIP, Andy!
