Recently we went to Las Vegas and had dinner at the Mesa Grill. I ordered a veal chop with greens. The sauce was so over powering, you couldn't taste the meat and we ordered greens that had so much vinager in it we couldn't eat it. I must say , We were very disappointed. It took the waiter 5 minutes to get me more water.  Our reservations were for 9:15. We didn't get seated till 9:30 and it was an hour later before we got our food. We won't be going there again. …

Bobby Flay is fun to watch! His throw downs are always entertaining and I like that he keeps trying to re-invent recipes and dishes with a unique twist.

Initially, I was far from being a fan of Bobby Flay. In the early days of Food Network, before he was their lingering trophy head, Flay was best known for his terrible stunt on the original Iron Chef. He offended the entire stadium by jumping up onto his cutting board with his shoes on at the end of the battle, a huge sign of disrespect in Japan.
