Playing Count Dracula in the 1979 film Dracula. Frank Langella delivered a fine perfomance as the charismatic bloodsucker, who also appeared to be quite powerful. I can't say he was the best Dracula because I haven't seen all the films. However, I can say this particular film was very good, and it would be a good watch for most vampire fans.

I loved Frank in this one; this was when he was young and "the King of (his) my kind!" I think Christopher Lee was the best. And though he only played Dracula once, you must see the Jack Palance version, filmed by Dark Shadows creator Dan Curtis.

I saw the 1931 version, the BBC one I did like from what remember, Son of Dracula, and another one I can't remember. Vampires aren't exactly my thing.

That's still quite a few! I've seen "Daybreakers," "Dracula," and "Twilight." I've seen quite a few anime versions, which I like better than the films. You ever see Vampire Hunter D? I can't remember if I've asked you before. I might have seen more films...but I can't seem to recall them atm.

Oh yeah, I saw Vampire Hunter D. Reviewed both movies plus created a badge for them in Asianotomy.
