Take Your Time, There's No Rush

Pros: Chris Martin, great melodies, some beautiful lyrics... Cons: ...half of the songs are dull (Read Review) The Bottom Line: Coldplay is an acquired taste. Some people don't seem to get them or their success, but I'm a fan. Now I've just go to go out and buy X&Y! I bought A Rush Of Blood To The Head sometime last Spring. Very good, but lacking the freshness of PARACHUTES

Coldplay's debut album, PARACHUTES, was a smash hit, immediately earning the band a legion of dedicated fans. Those fans eagerly awaited the group's next release, and when it came in the form of 2002's A RUSH OF BLOOD TO THE HEAD, those fans rejoiced.
