What do you think of the league's decision to overturn Ryan Braun's suspension based on his appeal?

As I understand it, the urine sample custody chain was not properly followed in that it was not submitted immediately. In our system of justice, tainted evidence is inadmissible, so there was no choice in overturning the suspension when a second test was negative.
