Dixie Chicks were an amazing talent. These girls had it all, including the inability to keep their mouths shut. But, that has very little to do with why I love them. They performed 'Girl Power' country that made the banjo and fiddle cool again.

I ADORE the Dixie Chicks, and credit them with keeping me interested in the country genre, years ago when I'd all but written it off. The first dance at my wedding was to Cowboy Take Me Away, so they hold a special place in my heart for that. Overall, from the talent perspective, I find their prowess with instruments remarkable, and they make beautiful music that's capable of bringing you to tears and inspiring hope. Love, love, love.
