A Quick Tip by Madpenguin

Not as bad as I heard ( or maybe I have to read it again). This is a decent story that pits Batman against a rather bizarre threat, and almost always when the Joker is around, you can expect him to steal the spotlight. Oh yeah, plus Zsasz makes another murderous appearance with the sickest character design I seen for him yet.
