This book begins by asking why blogs are important to business. I'm a professional blogger, so I suppose it's no surprise that I would have had a much more complex answer than this book (they're basically saying blogs are important because they're popular). If you want to blog for your business, but you don't know where to start, "Blogging To Drive Business: Create and Maintain Valuable Customer Connections" by Eric Butow and Rebecca Bollwitt is a great place to start. This is an excellent guide for the beginning blogger. Experienced bloggers might find a gem or two, but the book really is aimed at the novice.
