A Good But Not Great Book

This book has a number of interesting plots happening at once. A serial killer(Little) is trying to get a new trial because one of the murders he was convicted for was committed by somebody else. A group of terrorists plan to blow up a football stadium and a Senator appears to be up to dirty dealings.
