A deceptively cute young adult novel, Claire de Lune pairs a quaint tale of young love offset by a crazed, serial killing werewolf. I was rather surprised by "Claire de Lune". I was not expecting much from the book, but it surprised me. The story was interesting and somewhat addictive. Just how I like them.    On her 16th birthday, Claire learns she is a werewolf. This happened at the worst time, just when Matthew, the guy she likes, starts showing interest in her. Claire de Lune was nothing like what I expected, but in a great way.    At first, I was a bit perplexed that everyone seemed to know about the werewolves, but I kind of liked how Johnson really made it her own story that way. There's a bit of romance mixed into the story, which definitely complicates Claire's life even more.
