Wonderful, mind-blowing, life-changing books. The Conversations with God trilogy is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and it changed my life for good.

I still remember when I first started reading this book, I kept thinking, "OMG this is the Matrix !" Things like "there is no spoon", "everything is an illusion", "if you believe you can jump off a building unscratched, you can", "do you really think it's air you're breathing?" came to mind and I read the books in excitement, not being able to put them down.

I'm the kind of person who believes in both Creationism and Evolutionism, doesn't fit in any churches, and finds Christianity unconvincing and totally doesn't make sense. (Sorry if anyone feels offended but I'm merely speaking my truth and reaching out to those who share similar feelings. And I believe I have the right to do so.)

After reading these books, I finally know the answers to life's questions and I feel happy and content. No more confusion, no more frustration, no more anger, no more hatred. I've found my inner peace.

I do not mean to attack anyone or any religion. I believe in allowing each soul to walk its path and that everything happens for a reason. I also believe that in this relative world, we cannot know hot if there is no cold, we cannot know high if there is no low, we cannot know love if there is no hate. There is no accident. There is no coincidence. Everything is perfect in God's plan. And God planned it with us, we are all in this together. We just don't remember it now.

In the end, it doesn't matter whether you believe in anything the books say. You simply read them, process the messages and seek your own truth.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is open-minded and seek the true truths.

What a beautifully written review. Thanks for sharing. I'm not religious, but the way you wrote about this book really piqued my interest, especially about our relative world and how we should seek our own truth. Apparently, there's a movie based on these books, too. Have you seen it?

Thank you for your kind words :) When my best friend first told me about these books I was not interested, for many years I refused to have anything to do with anything that bears the word "God". Then she even bought the books for me, and I insisted on not reading them. Silly me. Once I started reading, I simply could not stop ! I laughed, I cried, and I was transformed. Now I can never thank my friend enough for introducing me to these books. Try them, and I hope you will like them too ! Yes I know about the movie, but I haven't seen it yet and I fully intent to :) Another quote to share : Religion asks you to learn from the experience of others. Spirituality urges you to seek your own. :)

Wow, I like that quote. Thank you for sharing :) It sounds like you feel the same way about Conversation with God as I feel with Siddhartha (which you should check out if you haven't already!). Anyways, it's set to the life of Siddhartha and is extremely thought provoking and really makes you reflect on yourself. Definitely a must read!
