Have you always wondered about waiters and what really goes on behind the curtains, I have and it answered a lot my wondering question. Reading this book kind of reminded me of the movie "Waiting" it came close to what you might expect when it comes to dining in a restaurant and ticking a waiter off.     John comes forward as an experienced waiter, but displays knowledge, wit and wisdom usually reserved for dignitaries and CEO's of major planet movers and highly paid advisors …
