I had the pleasure of receiving a review copy of Follow The Money by Ross Cavins recently. This ended up being one of those gems that I'd never find on my own, but am very glad I ended up reading. Cavins has a great sense of plot and dialog, and he did something that I'm not used to seeing in a book. When the primary character in a collection of stories is a collection of cash and bearer bonds, you had best be sure that there there is a sufficient number of interesting characters to make it worthwhile. Ross Cavins achieves that goal and then some.    Follow the Money basically does what the title suggests, from story to story we meet one deranged or loveable character after another; as the funds in question change hands either intentionally... or as is usually the case... …

This is one of the most original stories that I have ever read; the action is based on three million dollars in cash and how it moves from person to person. Many of the men are only slightly more intelligent than the vehicles they drive, and if they were to own modern vehicles with built-in navigation capability, that would not be the case. The women vary widely from the physically awesome to those that you willingly turn your eyes from if you encounter them naked. Some are sexpots, my favorites …
