A must read!
   I really was impressed from the over all knowledge I obtained after reading such a poorly covered and small book at first from my first impression of seeing it. After I started reading it however for a college level course called Conflict and mediation I became hooked, I learned so  many new methods of communicating while being able to use the same knowledge in almost any situation presented to you in your everyday life.
