Living on a budget, these days who couldn't use a few tips on saving a few dollars here and there. Valerie Kent is definitely the lady for the job. On a fixed income, this woman got married, bought a new house, and still manages to travel and entertain. She lives frugally but never feels threadbare. What an odd and unique little read this one was! It was absolutely delightful and I must admit to having enjoyed every work, cover to cover.  Now readers take note: This is not your everyday, run of the mill, roll your eyes back and basically useless self help book; no, no far from it! It is a unique blend of part memoir, neat little tips on how to get along without a gigantic bank account, common sense, humor, and most importantly a philosophy of life that is absolutely refreshing.    &nbs …
