When I was young, I wanted to be a detective so bad. I even started a "clue club" where my friends and I would find different items and try to figure out who they belonged to. Even though I did not end up pursuing this dream, I do get to live vicariously through detective Decker and his wife. I've been a fan of Kaye's for a few years now and I'm happy to say that she never disappoints me as a reader.
