The real question should be "Have you found that you need to be MORE resilient at work lately?" The answer of course is absolutely. I am a free-lancer in a great deal of my work and all of the higher-ups have expected me to do more to produce the same product. Or expressed another way, have them do less.

I'd like to think of myself as resilient always, and not just at work. I think it's important for people to be resilient in all aspects of their life and to be able to bounce back from all of life's curve balls.
