    There have been a number of changes and updates in this second edition of UnBreak Your Health. The entries for the various complementary and alternative therapies have been updated, with some new information added, then reorganized into three main sections: body, mind, and spirit. Although there is some crossover with many of the treatments, I find that this new system makes looking through the book to find a particular entry much easier.      Another welcome change is more background …
