If you like Garrison Keillor, you will probably like this book. Stories of the small-town folksy lifestyle are not very common. While not fall-down funny, you will chuckle more than laugh. Sometimes a grin is just what you need. It's a nice book to read in the late summer or early fall. I don't know why, but it just feels like those are the best times for absorbing the stories in the book.
