If this is the last dance, ask me anything.

"Last Will" has investigative reporter Annika Bengtzon attending the ball following the Nobel Prizes being awarded.

She becomes a witness to the murder of a woman who was the chair of the committee that awarded the prize for medicine. Before the woman's murder, Annika was eye-to-eye with the killer.

She can't wait to get back tot he newspaper to file the story but as the only witness, police place a disclosure ban on her. She's prohibited from reporting what might have been the story of her life.

Frustrated at not being able to do her job and with a husband who doesn't seem to appreciate her at home, she continues the investigation on her own.  She interviews other people associated with the award and finds that things aren't as they seem.

The story is told through Annika's eyes and that of the killer and the tension mounts as their paths come together.

Liza Marklund knows how to tell a suspenseful story. He also has a talent for prose and along with the surprises in this story, she has all the ingredients of a heck of a good novel.
If this is the last dance, ask me anything.
