Although meditation is becoming more mainstream, a lot of people find the concept very intimidating. Yes, they know that mediation clears the mind and reduces stress but who has the time. At least that's the excuse.

Laughter, Tears, Silence approaches meditation in an entirely different way. Do you have one minute, maybe two? Even with your busy days, you can take one minute out of your busy day. Can you laugh? Yes, of course it's child's play. Exactly.

Laughter, Tears, Silence includes a wide variety of meditations that don't feel like mediations. Things like playing and laughing. Moreover, the vast majority are extremely quick and surprisingly beneficial. It's really amazing what a few minutes of lightness, release, or silence can do.
