I have to say that this is one neat book. It is a comic book, in the same vain of Garfield or Calvin and Hobbes. I wasn't familiar with Lio before this book. Lio is a bit of an interesting character, he sort of reminds me of Ed Grimley (performed by Martin Short) but much younger.     Lio is a little kid who is very much obsessed with the macabre and elements that are rather malicious in nature. I've never read (or even seen) the comic strip that is the basis for this strip collection, but after finishing this book, I feel some type of lapse in my life's information. The strip is wierd, but in a good way. There are many macabre panels, and some that might not be suitable for youngsters, but I found most of the book extremely funny.    Granted, this book is not going to be for everyone, especially if you don't have a sense of humore or a taste for the occasional unusual …
