A Quick Tip by Madpenguin

The one that started it at all. Although it has a seriously dated feel, there's some entertainment value here. Plus it's worth seeing Magneto as the power crazed baddie seeking world conquest, before he revealed a more down to earth side of himself.

The original X-men presented so that the modern audience can enjoy them

When I was young, my parents shopped at a small urban grocery store. We went every Friday and the owners graciously allowed me to read the comic books on the shelves. One of my favorites was the X-Men and so I was able to read the ten issues in this book when they first came out. Even though that was over 40 years ago, the stories made such an impression on me that I could still remember scenes and lines from the stories as I read this book.
