Suspense fiction by David Ignatius
Before I could put this book on my blog's side bar (under ‘Currently Reading'), I have already finished it!
This is another Tess Gerritsen's medical thriller. She is so good in building the story and keep the suspence on. At one point, I was so scared that I went downstairs to check all the doors and armed the alarm! LOL! Ya, so scared of intruders, like in the book.
Then, as I read on, I became so chilly that I kept looking at my back, for fear of someone attacking me from behind. LOL! Yes, she is that good. :p
This book started with a horrible homicide, and it took place in a house seem to be set up for some kind of religious sacrifice ritual. Following that, there were a few more deaths, and more people seem to be the target.
Gerritsen always bases her stories on some seemingly reliable source, and makes her stories/theories sound really credible. She is my favourite author!
