This book, by Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel, is just fine. It gives some positive pep talks, and a few healthy recipes. Her general philosophy of personal responsibility is a good one. But I simply can't get my head around why this information, which seems to be so prevalent in other forms and in other places, would be something someone with any reasonable sense of health and fitness would need to read. A lot of what Frankel talks about in this book is common sense. The gist of the book is sensible eating, indulging in moderation, and most important of all listening to your body -- nothing terribly groundbreaking. However, it is still useful as a refresher and you may even pick up a pointer or two that you may find useful.
