This is an excellent thriller that had me drawn in from the start. It has an opening that sure hits the mark. Marc Seidman is shot and left for dead. Several days later he wakes up in a hospital and finds that his wife was murdered and his baby daughter is missing.     The book is one where Marc and an old-FBI girlfriend (Rachel) try to search for clues and are always several steps behind the bad guys.
