As a father of a young daughter I know that its tough to be a teenager no matter who you are and I think it's the one part all of us WOULDN'T want to revisit whether we are a girl or a boy. I think the approach that Dr. Holstein uses in this book to describe feelings of a teenage girl going through all the changes and issues that young girls do is a refreshing one. The content is not like other books where it tells you with bullet points and lists how things are, or how to react. This takes the …
