Restauranteur Pauline Nguyen writes a moving account of her family's journey to a refugee camp and later to Australia. It is a painful and poignant story, but Nguyen's skillful writing and many personal photographs will keep you turning pages. I collect cookbooks. I have close to 100 and my favorites are those that has some history with the recipes. This book fits the bill! Not all recipes have a story to them, but those that do will make you treasure the time you spend preparing the dish (too bad I don't eat goat.)    The book is a touching read, the author held nothing back.
