Strategy Daddy: Marketing Strategies, Tactics and Case Studies That Can Change the Competitive Landscape of Your Business (Paperback)

This guide to business strategy is written in clear, no nonsense language intended to provide immediate, practical help to business owners who are looking for concrete, actionable ideas. The book's format is helpful, as it is organized into concise chapters that are focused on a single strategy, with bulleted lists suggesting ideas that readers can quickly understand and apply.

The examples are from 'everyday' businesses that you would see along Main Street, rather than from huge corporations with big budgets, and the overall tone of the book is humorous and helpful.

I agree entirely with authors Michael Keesee and Ankesh Kothari that a great strategy is the key to success in business. They say that if you have a clear idea and plan for how to beat the competition you can win the 'war' before it even begins. I have found this to be true in my own experience. Many business owners try to be too many things to too many different customer groups. Strategy Daddy shows you how to get focused and concentrate on the one or two big ideas that can put you out in front in reaching your class A customers. The rest is just window dressing.
