This is a great kit! All the things you need are here, with the exception of the food and a knife. I followed the instructions in the book and made a bunch of rolls. Nice presentation box too, if you are giving this as a gift.

For the food items, try this: Sushi Kit

For the knife, try this one: Joyce Chen 6-1/2-Inch Santoku Knife with Ho wood handle
