After being resurrected by the cosmic entity Death, Thanos of Titan is given the mission to wipe out half the population of the universe. Book one in the two book series. This is the prequel to the Inifinity Gauntlet, when Thanos decides to go after the gems by taking on the Elders. He outsmarts the In-Betweener, and goes one on one with the Champion and Gardener. This was a very solid first chapter, and the second capped things off pretty well.
