If you're into sex and pain this book is for you. However... if you aren't...

One of the toughest things for me to do is to choose between "did I not like this book" or "was this book just not for me"? I love erotica. I do not love pain & erotica. This book has a healthy allotment of both and I think the healthy erotica angle is what "saved" it for me. During the graphic and extremely passionate sex scenes I couldn't read fast enough. When she started on the BDSM is when I skimmed. This book will turn on certain people and alienate others. The language is very flowery and elegant, which was a unique twist to an erotic novel.

Did I enjoy this book? Yes. Was it the perfect book for me? No. If you like your erotica with pain then you will really enjoy this book. If you don't like your erotica with pain then I would suggest that you skip this one.
