Young people in the United States should be exposed to the lives of their presidents and this book is a recapitulation of the high and lowlights of all presidents from George Washington through George H. W. Bush. Only a few pages are devoted to each president, but within the bounds of the short explanations, the coverage is fairly thorough. It is an excellent quick primer on the lives of the American chief executives.
