The author spends some time describing the
importance of empathy in developing successful
relationships. Much time is spent explaining the
evolution of AOL and Time Warner cooperatively.
The importance of experience is extolled.

The concept of a LIFE LIST explained. This is
an enumeration of things you would like to
accomplish, as well as tasks which keep you
happy. The LIFE LIST transitions to the
accomplishment of serious goals.

The author enunciates the concept of
communities of interest like family,
friends, children, worship, work and teams.
Self-expression is extolled through blogs,
journals, letter-writing and a higher calling.
The book explains how winning teams mesh the
various strengths of the constituent individuals.
