When vaccines really did kill - a review of The Cutter Incident

The Cutter Incident is significantly more focused than Dr. Offit's book on autism. It examines an outbreak of polio caused by a vaccine that was manufactured in the Cutter laboratories. It uses this historical perspective to examine the state of modern day vaccination. I enjoyed this book much more than the autism book because I felt like it was more focused and had an additional needed distances from the events it was discussing. Very topical read as we deal with the current H1N1 flu epidemic.
