Apart from being extremely jealous of Stephen King at the moment, because he has finished writing the Dark Tower series and knows how it ends, I am also deeply impressed at the continued depth and power he has placed in these stories of Roland, the last Gunslinger is a world that has moved on.The first time I read "The Gunslinger" I was in high school, and my young imagination was enticed and utterly enthralled by the world King had begun to build.
