The Most Decadent Diet Ever written by Devin Alexander author of The Biggest Loser Cookbook is full of 125 recipes and a small section outlining the reasons for making changes and her own personal journey. She makes pantry, weekly diet, and tool suggestions as well. This is a basic, simple recipe book covering all three mealtimes and snacks/desserts. I only found three recipes that I will use on a regular basis. The recipes are not complicated with massive amounts of ingredients and are similar to the "normal" recipes in your average cookbook but made with simple healthier exchanges. A cook who regularly adapts his or her own recipes to make dishes more nutritious won't find many new and must-have recipes in this book. But if you are just beginning to make different food choices and don't have the first clue how to begin, it could be a great resource for you.
