An amazing nutrition and fitness book that's complete and thorough. It has made a difference for me.

The Smarter Science Of Slim is an easy book to read and understand. The basic idea is that eating more and exercising less will help people lose weight. I will pass this piece of information to all the people I know who are currently dieting. I learned that I can burn off body fat by simply drinking more water and green tea.
