I'm not a huge fan of Tabasco sauce or any other hot sauce for that matter.  However I think my dislike for the product comes from the fact that I just don't know how to use it in different foods.  When I hear the name Tabasco, I think chili, bloody mary's and cajun food.  Yes, I am ignorant when it comes to hot sauce.      I recently received this cookbook from a friend and was surprised to find so many great recipes that include Tabasco.  From soups to salads, …
