I have not read this book but wish to comment on this subject. Since Three Mile Island incident there has not been one nuclear plant built in the USA. Three Mile Island continues to this day to produce carbon free power at more than a reasonable cost. While Europe, China, and other nations continue to build nuclear plants we continue to use coal and oil. Coal being the largest contributor of energy and also the one product we have an almost unlimited supply of. Coal, of course produces more carbon …

A somewhat difficult read but an important research volume.
It is hard to believe but it has now been some 35 years since America's worst nuclear accident took place.  In "Three Mile Island:  A Nuclear Crisis in Historical Perspective" author J.
