Don't expect a serious book here. If you want thoroughly-researched medical information, choose Michael Roizen's books. This book is like sitting down with a girlfriend and chatting about menopause and makeup.    Personally, I never chat about either of those subjects with anyone, or even think about them, so I didn't feel as some reviewers did that this book was old hat.
