Pros: Very informative, full of facts and ways to form positive relationships.     Cons: I could not put the book down until I read it all within one evening!     The Bottom Line: Very informative with a lot of thought-provoking viewpoints.      Bill O'Reilly gave me plenty to think about as I read his 212 page book!
