'Windows Server 2008 Administrator's Pocket Consultant' is a great resource for IT admins that need to have a quick guide at their fingertips. With nearly 700 pages of material spread over 20 chapters, this is a solid piece of writing. The thing I really like about it is the size. It easily fits in your hand and is perfect for travelling with. This might seem like a minor point, but it really isn't.
