This book is a great read for all expecting mothers - vegetarian, vegan, or meat-eaters.  In this book, Dr. Holly Roberts speaks about the health benefits of a vegetarian diet versus one that contains animal proteins.  She explains how to eat a well balanced vegetarian diet, making sure to include the neccessary nutrients for both mother and baby.  Even if you aren't wanting to completely cut meat out of your diet, this book is still very helpful in showing you how to …

A very informative book for the expecting mother... vegetarian or not. It gives a nice month by month breakdown, as well as some inspirational messages.
