Montreal is one of the most beautiful cities that we've seen yet. To its solemn old buildings above; to its truly fine underground city. We recommend that when you travel in the city that you take the subway. The subway is cleaner than those found in the United States and they also have a very smooth ride. There are miles and miles of these subways underground, and when you get off at the subway level you will find many food courts. There are 4 levels underground, each level has so many shopping stops that you won't be able to see it all in a week. The stores are similar to those in the United States. Make sure to go to a baseball game there at Olympic Stadium. "You won't be disappointed." When you travel to Quebec we would advice you to brush up on your French. Fifty percent of the population don't speak english and all of the information signs along the roadways are in french. The people there are very friendly and very helpful. We recommend this vacation to all.
