Be wary of prices on items going up just before "everything in sale now extra 30% off"...

Customer serivce oddly non-existent for a chain that styles itself as posh. Once I ordered a sweater that they ran out of -- okay -- but they just simply never sent it. Weeks waiting by the mailbox... Really, they just didn't bother communicating "We are out of stock." Weird. Not impressed.
